What insurances do you accept?
We are contracted with all major PPO plans, as well as Medi-Cal. For detailed information about your insurance coverage, please call our office at (818) 697-4999.
Do you take CareCredit?
No, we do not. Instead, we offer interest-free financing through “AfterPay”. Please speak with our Benefits Coordinator regarding AfterPay during your appointment.
Can I make multiple payments?
Yes, we offer financing options through Afterpay for your convenience.
What am I expected to pay?
Payment is due on the date of service, prior to the treatment.
Is the CT scan covered by dental insurance?
Coverage for CT scans by dental insurance is rare. For example, Medi-Cal dental insurance does not cover the CT scan fee.
